They tore down and removed the tired old asphalt, then framed, graded & compacted with gravel and finally installed wire mesh on the first day of the job. "June 2017. Grading and texture of new concrete were excellent. Price was a little lower than other quotes. Most importantly, George was responsive, listened well, provided good ideas and showed up on time."

"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. "The work of Jason and his crew was second to none. They did a big job--removing and replacing the concrete floor of our basement, enlarging the sump pump drain, replacing the sump pump, installing drain tiles, and sealing the entire space--in two days. The two men who started the sealing process offered to stay late to finish the work rather than come back another day, and since we didn't mind, they stayed until 9 p.m. All of the workers were clean and courteous and worth the money (because you're paying for peace of mind, knowing that everything is well sealed and clean). If you're going for polyurea, they're one of the only companies that does this process. Jason was great to work with and always in touch. I had a ton of questions all along the way and he never seemed bother to explain things to me. We are really happy with how the whole project turned out.
