The owner, Hector, came to our house at the end of June and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. We did our due diligence by reading many positive reviews of their work and decided to hire them. The work was originally scheduled for the second week in September, but due to a cancellation they were able to fit us in a few weeks early. They tore down and removed the tired old asphalt, then framed, graded & compacted with gravel and finally installed wire mesh on the first day of the job. The following work day was all about pouring and smoothing the new concrete. "This is a very nice, honest businessman. I called for a quote which was promptly responded to. George carefully looked everything over and advised me though he would love the business he really didn't think a recapping of our concrete steps was necessary and it wouldn't really last all that long. He said the pits and abrasions on the landing could be repaired but they would'nt look much better, they weren't bad so he recommended that I leave well enough alone. He clearly knows his craft and wasn't out to make a quick buck. Good man who I will call if necessary in the future!"

"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I highly recommend Lincoln Sewer and Drainage, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future."

"They arrived promptly, and got right to work. They maintained a good work pace. If they encountered a minor obstacle, they informed me and gave me my options. They cleaned up the area very well before leaving. The company that cleaned up the debris left on plastic sheeting on the lawn did a poor job (it was a contracted hauling service). I called High Tech and they were out very quickly to clean up the mess, and even offered to put sod where the grass might have been exposed to concrete dust and other particles. They were friendly and professional. Their sales person seemed very honest and seemed to bend over backwards to please me. I would recommend them to a close relative, friend, or neighbor in a heart-beat!"

Brian was able to get us on the schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time. The crew was friendly, and kept us updated throughout the day. In addition, Brian kept us updated, and came by to oversee the progress. They also added a few other services (such as removing and replacing old cement sink, removing water damaged wood partition). What really blew me away was that they fixed our backyard fence while they were waiting for the concrete delivery!

"The crew was on time, and very professional. 
I had a concrete floor in my crawlspace.  It was installed several years ago and I had been using it for storage.  The floor was sort of pealing and dusty, and there were a few cracks.  I was concerned about moisture coming through the concrete as well.
A Perfect Crawlspace was the only crawlspace company that had the spray on liner material, called Polyurea.  So instead of paint, they sprayed the polyurea IQ  right onto the concrete.  The product is awesome, and I was able to use it for storage as soon as they were done.  Dries in an instant and made the crawlspace look great!  They also sprayed closed cell foam insulation on the foundation and sill boxes to stop cold.  I expect to have warm feet this winter.  I wish I had this done sooner - I feel the difference already.  The musty smell is gone.  Im looking forward to using this on my garage floor as well in the near future.
