George carefully looked everything over and advised me though he would love the business he really didn't think a recapping of our concrete steps was necessary and it wouldn't really last all that long. He said the pits and abrasions on the landing could be repaired but they would'nt look much better, they weren't bad so he recommended that I leave well enough alone. "They arrived promptly, and got right to work. They maintained a good work pace. If they encountered a minor obstacle, they informed me and gave me my options. They cleaned up the area very well before leaving. The company that cleaned up the debris left on plastic sheeting on the lawn did a poor job (it was a contracted hauling service). I called High Tech and they were out very quickly to clean up the mess, and even offered to put sod where the grass might have been exposed to concrete dust and other particles. They were friendly and professional. Their sales person seemed very honest and seemed to bend over backwards to please me. I would recommend them to a close relative, friend, or neighbor in a heart-beat!"

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!
