"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"The good - Job was eventually completed and we are pleased with the outcome. I was impressed that most of the work was done by one guy when some tasks could clearly be done a lot easier with 2 people. They did stick to the quoted price. The bad - and maybe should be 2 stars for these. We hired them at the end of March 2024 with the project quoted to be completed by the middle of July 2024. It did not get completed until Jan 2025 and this is completely unacceptable. We got a call from the electricians that they used stating that he was not returning their calls and that they did not make the payment. Eventually by the time the project was completed they did pay for the initial install. I chose to pay the electricians myself for the completion portion and did not go through CWE for that because they lied to me about contacting the election to finish the project. They also rarely returned my calls. His worker would show up without notice that he was coming out."
