Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

However, as I discussed w/Dervin/owner after I paid him $300.00 for the repairs, his fees exceeded the rate that I've paid handymen in the past for minor home repairs. This was the first time that I've used the services of this company, and I admit that I was remiss when not asking for an estimate of repairs before they did the work. The $300.00 was for labor only as I purchased all materials before they arrived.
I will definately hire this company in the future because their work ethics and quality is outstanding, but he and I agreed that we'll agree on a price up front so that we will both be satisfied.
