"Exceptionally well! Mike was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We have a dedicated theater that was installed by Magnolia that worked well but encountered a problem with overheating (of components and the projector) as well as a failing amp. Mike diagnosed the problem and planned a thorough and elegant ventilation system for both my cabinet and projector. During these days, supply is always a concern but we were kept aware of the progress as we awaited our replacement amp. Once in, we got a schedule and he performed the repair, cleaned up the wiring and installed all new ventilation. Once complete he worked with me to confirm all was as expected. We struggled with Magnolia CONSTANTLY to get service or even response. This experience means I will never have to wrestle with it again. I recommend him without reservation."

"It went very well. I explained the problem and message on my PC and he said he would come by that day to pick it up. ((Reasonable $25 fee for pickup and delivery.) Rather than buy Windows 10 as the operating system would have to be reinstalled we decided on going back to Windows 7 which to me is a much better operating system. He also found hidden viruses and a hard drive that would soon be failing. He charges by the job depending on what he has to do. I found his price reasonable for what he had to do. I was thrilled that he was able to get everything back on my computer. (Always have an external backup drive!) He is knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. He gave me great advice. I will recommend him to all my friends."
