"Ruben did a great job! He was a little handicapped by having to do all the work himself and it took a few days, but the benefit was having Ruben do the work as he is a hard worker who does things right and goes the extra mile. We had rain on and off all week, so we had to work out scheduling for Ruben as he had other customers, but all worked out fine. We were getting ready to put the house on the market to sell and had have Ruben do the work in the past and was always impressed with his work ethic and the results. He cleaned the windows, inside and out, they came out great and even a few weeks later still look great. Ruben low pressure washed the house including the front which was filthy due to facing north (little sun) and me being lazy. The whole house (all brick) came out great and the front almost sparkling. Ruben polished the gutters, most came out fine, but due to the age of the gutters (13 years) and not being cleaned in a while, he had to be careful not to strip the covering off the white gutters, they still look much better than they did. Also had him low pressure wash the deck (Trex and wood) along with the pavers and all came out great. We love working with Ruben, he is a great guy and does awesome work. Hope to hire him at the new house once we are settled and need it cleaned."

"Hired for a move-in deep cleaning. Provided clear expectations prior to the job, particularly because we would not be onsite and had to rely on our realtor to provide Oneida with access. We had high hopes based on ratings and communication, but became skeptical the day of service when her team was done in 2hrs (we were told it would take about 4). We moved in approximately a week after the cleaning and found that several appliances were not cleaned as expected including the freezer section of the fridge which had brown stains, the broiler section of the oven which bad crumbs and sticky residue, the washing machine which had hair and debris inside, etc. We clearly did not get out money's worth and we're very disappointed with the quality of the work. I suspect a better job would've been done if we were there in-person, but we were taken advantage of in this situation."

"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "3N1 came to my home to look at mile tile-1200 sq. ft. The tile is 20 years old needed sprucing up. I do steam the floors to keep them clean, but after 20 years, and a previous owner of home, the grout became dirty and in the walk traffic patters black. The grout was originally a light beige. Gerald, came in and did a meaner of area and then a demo--of Tile and Grout cleaning on one of the 18x18 tiles! It was amazing--the tile was much cleaner with the imbedded dirt removed and the grout was clean to perfection--no longer black. 3N1 team moved my heavy furniture, and put back in place too. They were careful of all my possessions and did a GREAT job. Highly recommend them."
