"Without a significant hitch, and the minor ones that will ALWAYS crop up in a project this size were handled quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Haines began fairly quickly after bid accepted, and worked tirelessly to arrange for demolition and major carpentry, building his own external stairs to window so as to avoid bringing construction material/debris through house. Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. Very happy with finished project, and will be using Haines on smaller master bath remodel."

"We’ve hired Construction-USA LLC for multiple projects — at our home, my wife’s previous home, and my in‑laws’ place — and they have knocked it out of the park every single time. Truly top‑tier work. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and reliability are on a different level. They show up ready to go, keep everything clean, communicate clearly, and deliver results that look fantastic. It’s rare to find someone this consistent across so many jobs. We’ve been so impressed that we’ve even recommended them to friends, and they’ve had the same great experience. When someone earns your trust like that, it’s easy to spread the word. If you want a contractor who actually delivers on their promises, this is the one."

"Ken was great to work with. He’s very responsive and wants to make it as easy as he can for the homeowner. I do NOT like how the company does their pricing. They do not give you a set estimate for the project. They’d need to give me a fixed estimate and do change orders like a normal contractor or we would not hire them again. If they changed that we’d hire Ken again."

"From this point forward, this company will be my go-to for any home repairs I need. We were looking for a trash can fenced enclosure that was installed rather poorly a few years ago. Our handyman, Jose (jose@charlotte), was attentive, thorough, and dedicated to the best outcome for our family. He arrived on time, remained a consummate professional, and helped us make the best decisions for our improvement project. We are so pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Jose, and thank you, Cransten. Moving forward, this will be my go-to home improvement company!"

"Answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Did an excellent job with our remodel. Will use them for any home improvements we have. Super nice guys!!"

"The project went great!!! Hayden the general contractor was wonderful. He updated me each and every step of the process and always kept true to his word on cost, timeframe, and etc. I always felt I was in good and trustworthy hands as he and his team worked on each aspect of my garage conversion. He made sure each inspector who came for each area, mechanical, electrical, framing, insulation, and final were all handled efficiently and each one passed on the first try and I was even told by the inspector that they wished every inspection they did went as smoothly. If you need any project done, I highly recommend H&P general contracting. I will do any and all future home projects through Hayden and his company going forward. He definitely gets a 100 star rating from me."

"Antonio with All About Tile runs a top notch company. He was hired on many occasions for custom tile installs and kitchen remodeling. From steam showers, large format tile installs, wainscoting and kitchen tile installs, Antonio always exceeded expectations. He and his crew pay attention to the details of each project to provide high quality professional installation. I have not been dissatisfied."

"Construction USA handled several miscellaneous projects around my house including porch repair and drop ceiling installation. Work was generally good and price was very fair for the work done. Company was responsive when I had minor questions about the work. A little slow to respond to emails (sometimes several days) and left house doors open during a rainstorm requiring me to clean up. Would hire again given the value."

"Glen Sturgeon did a wonderful job on the work he did replacing the railing on my front porch. Extremely happy with it. I will definitely call him again when needed. Thank you Glen!"

"KP Builders came highly recommended by some friends who had work done at their home. Prior to signing the contract with KPB the owner of the company also arranged for a visit to a home where he had recently undertaken a full renovation of the basement. The initial discussions centered around our vision for the basement, the must haves, the nice to haves and the basic flow for the basement. The owner Alpesh is very easy to work with and fully understood the direction and design concept we were looking for. Budget discussions gave him an idea on the freedom of design he would have. His great understanding on the use of space and options to creatively use this space allowed him to take our ideas, improve upon this and detail a better solution that would work for us. Drawings were rendered based on our discussions with suggestions from Alpesh on how best to utilize the space and maximize the return on our investment. the different options on heating and cooling were discussed at length and the final layout agreed upon. Once we all agreed on design and budget, contracts signed and work began in earnest. The communications from KPB at all phases was excellent and meetings held regularly on progress. Sub contractors used on all phases were extremely professional and it was very pleasing to note that they cleaned up daily when they left the premises. Everyone took great pride in their work and their deliveries. As Alpesh understood the final look we were looking for his suggestions on lighting, cabinets, plumbing fixtures etc. were always on the mark. During this work my wife impressed with what was being done in the basement added more work for KPB to undertake in the Kitchen and family room of our home with some additional remodeling. Alpesh arranged for this work to be done during the basement phase. The work was completed very professionally, inspectors did not find reason to not sign off and we have been extremely pleased with the end result. Highly recommend KP Builders for remodeling work."
