Fixed a minor issue in panel but they couldn’t find the reason for the flicker, suggested we replace dimmer switches but only a few rooms had dimmers. Duke ran a diagnostic and found we did have an issue between the pole and the house. Took several hours but Duke said the problem was fixed. So far, so good.
