"I had an old tub with ceramic tile. They removed that and the flooring and existing vanity and toilet. I had a new wall shower system installed with sliding glass doors and shelving. It is absolutely beautiful and so functional. They were very professional efficient and cleaned up everything. They also installed new ceramic tile and a new vanity. I would highly recommend them."

"Matt is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. I hired him off of Angie's List based on reviews and I couldn't be happier with his work. Originally, I just wanted him to complete the demo on the shower in my master bathroom and build a bench, new shower pan and prep the space for tile, but after I saw how meticulous his work was, I had him tile the entire shower and install the custom shower doors as well. He's always on time, is fantastic at communicating and if there's ever a question about anything, he takes the time to ask, instead of just going ahead with what he "thinks" may be correct. Matt does a lot more than bathrooms and tiling. He's a full service renovation company. His prices are fair and he's a pleasure to work with. When he was working at my place, his helper was a guy named Nikita -- another perfectionist. I'd trust either of them to do any work at my place. They were always respectful of the home and cleaned up after themselves daily. Hire him, you won't be disappointed."

"Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. "Without a significant hitch, and the minor ones that will ALWAYS crop up in a project this size were handled quickly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Haines began fairly quickly after bid accepted, and worked tirelessly to arrange for demolition and major carpentry, building his own external stairs to window so as to avoid bringing construction material/debris through house. Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. Very happy with finished project, and will be using Haines on smaller master bath remodel."
