"The workmanship on the install was fantastic. The quoting process was easy & straightforward. Stars deducted bevause it took a very long time. I placed the order in Aug 2025, and the final work was not completed until June 2026. Nearly every window had service issues with broken pieces, dangerously sharp (and ugly) welds, etc. I also ordered a custom color that was not the same color as the chip I selected. Zen was responsive, but took several trips and many months to complete. In the end, I still didn?t get the color I expected. They sent delicious cookies asking for a review, several months before the install was complete. The quality of the windows is not at all as expected. The install around the window was sealed, insulated, and caulked well (very neatly done). However, the actual windows are not efficient. I've been through six months of cold and hot, and my HVAC energy usage has gone up not down. I can feel cold/heat radiating through. Very poor quality product."
