It eased our minds that they were available when our septic backed up, because we knew they would handle it well, and we wouldn't have to worry. We were out of town when the incident first happened, and they were able to come right over and get things started, so we had less stress. Don did the floor and trim work in the basement; we have an odd-shaped room... the corners are perfect! He also took the extra time to line up the flooring to create barrier-free entrances.
