"We have had an extremely unfortunate experience with Shelby construction. Initially the sales representative they sent miss-measured the door, which delayed our door a couple weeks due to having to remeasure and adapt with a new door plan. That should have been our first red flag. Weeks later upon installation, the reinforcement lock continued to pop up over and over. I immediately contacted the company to let them know, and they assured me the installers would come back out. That was on 8/25. I reached out on 9/2 and again at 9/23 in which I was ghosted. My husband then emailed and did not receive a response, but I then received a text message from Nicole setting up an appointment to fix it on 10/10 @11AM. My husband adjusted work schedule to be home for this?and THEY DIDN?T SHOW. We called and received voicemail and Nicole once again ghosted our texts. We tried emailing and calling again?it?s now 10/15 and they have yet to reach out with a solution. No faith in this company. "
