"Service went very well.  He is very busy and didn't have an opening in his schedule for 4-6 weeks, but we were in no rush and didn't push him.  He came out the day after I called and gave a fair quote.  His advice on the brand, type, and amount of paint needed was very helpful.  We moved the furniture to the middle of the rooms and he took care of the rest. 
One of the rooms had large areas on the walls where you could almost see through the paint after it dried, since he was here 2 days, we pointed it out the second morning and he agreed it needed one more coat than the other rooms and did so without question.  We are very satisfied with the work he did and the finished product. 
We'll be keeping him in mind for future needs.

He did an amazing job of completely rebuilding our master bath. He had great ideas, was extremely patient and flexible and wasn't satisfied until we were. "We hired Raines & Sons to remodel our bathroom. Jamie gave us a very reasonable quote and was upfront about what to expect. Everything went well. Took a little longer than expected, but that was because he wanted to do it right rather than finish the gig and move on. The people on Jamie's crew were friendly, professional, and made sure to clean up before leaving each day. Jamie is a man of his word and always let me know what to expect each step of the way. One of the things I respect the most is that when something came up that he wasn't prepared for (it did, twice), he wasn't afraid to call in a subcontractor who could do the task better and faster. That is the mark of a true professional. He didn't try to do everything himself so he could max his profit. He brought in the people who were good at each job. Solid painting crew, too, by the way. We couldn't be happier with the results. Not only do I recommend this company, I've already hired them for another job -- rebuilding my sidewalk and front porch."

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
