"The work was done in a timely manner we did purchase the service plan. We had an issue with getting the work inspected, after 10 days of having a mud hole a made a call and inspector was here within an hourâ ¦ then another week waiting to get them back out here to cover up septic and main pipe. Next after a month goes by still having some issues and called made appointment, they called the day before and had to rescheduleâ ¦ so the day they are suppose to be here they called and wanted to rescheduleâ ¦ was not an option for us. They were suppose to be here between 2-3 and still nobody here at 4:30â ¦.they just called and want us to reschedule. Spoke with Jesse he was very professionalâ ¦ will be here tmr to fix the issue."

"they came right out, i have a false ceiling in my basement. I noticed water stains and poked my finger through and it went right through. I called them and told them i didn't know where it was. They came right out and opened up my veling to find three leaks. they replaced that whole section with copper pipes like it was before. They only charged me 150$ and left the ceiling open. I have someone else coming over to patch the ceiling."
