Professionally handled from the salesman coming to our home for an estimate to the installation. We had a new acrylic shower surround and tub installed which we bought from Joyce. They also did an incredible job with the installation of new flooring, new toilet, new vanity and medicine cabinet. I would highly recommend them for your bath remodel. "Doug and Chayse Allen changed my water softener, my faucets in the kitchen and bathroom as well as the shower head and fixtures. They also changed the drains in my kitchen sink and strainer. They also added closet doors to an opening in my hallway that used to hold the washer and dryer and is now a closet. And they also changed out the door to my furnace closet to match the other doors. The work performed was of good quality and a good value. I recommend using Allen and son’s remodeling for your home improvement projects."

"I purchased a big deal for interior design work.  I submitted photos of room, measurements, and information about the room.  They then requested a drawing on graph paper of the room with "detailed dimensions", and the process just became too difficult.  I would not recommend having interior design work done by someone who cannot come into the home and see the space.  This may work for some people but just did not work for us.  I requested and received a refund for purchase.
