"Kozo Tile has done two bathroom’s marble tile installation for us. One was the build up of a whole new bathroom, including closing up a wall and building the space for a new door. The construction was done protecting the rest of the house from debris and the workers cleaned up every day before leaving the job. They hey showed up for work exactly as scheduled and finished the project on the day we were told it would. The knowledge that the owner, Dinu Kozhokar has on everything construction is truly remarkable. And the quality of his work is like the one of an European artist. The actual showers , drains, plumbing fixtures and materials were done with the latest technology and highest quality. The tile work, including up to the bathroom ceiling was perfect. We have recommended Kozo Tile to all our friends."

"Mandy and her crew were very thorough the first visit. Three women came this time, but only two the remaining times. They cleaned and scrubbed everything from top to bottom, even cleaned the portable fan. Very impressed with their attention to detail and positive attitudes. I have had to go through a couple of cleaning services because I have high expectations. I want someone cleaning my house as well as I would. I thought MB would be the answer.

On the positive side, Mandy is pleasant and kind. She came to clean three times before things started going wrong. She did a pretty good job with the cleaning but I found I couldn't count on her. One time she was sick. The next time her car broke down. And the third time she just never showed. Never called, texted, or contacted me in any way. After bailing on a job for the third time, I figured she was too unreliable. I found a fabulous replacement."

"Tomas was awesome from the very beginning! He responded back to me immediately to set up a visit for an estimate, and was there exactly on time. He quickly and efficiently measured and assessed, writing everything down, and gave us a well thought out estimate within just a few minutes for painting two rooms and carpet cleaning on the house we’re getting ready to move into. He was very professional and super polite, and promised that he would work us in as soon as he could before move-in date. And sure enough, just a few days later we heard back from him, saying he could be there the very next day. I’ve been dealing with a bunch of “professionals” during this move who never call back, or don’t show up, or sock us with a huge inflated bill for poor work, and it’s been really frustrating. Tomas was a complete pleasure to work with! Beautiful work, dependable, honest, punctual, professional....and one of the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. He was there at 8 am and worked hard until almost 7 pm. I even suggested he come back another day to do the carpet cleaning, but he wouldn’t hear of it. He has a big van with all the equipment to do painting and carpet cleaning, a true professional in every way. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that he took great care to keep our house clean as he came in and out, putting down cardboard to walk on and wiping his feet each time he came in from the pollen-filled driveway, much appreciated with our allergies! I didn’t have to ask him to do any of this. When he finally left our house looked cleaner and so much better than before he came....the painted rooms were beautiful, and the carpet looked like new again. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Admittedly, we reached out a lot with questions and a need for reassurance as this was the first time we’d painted our home. They worked so efficiently and effectively, and were meticulous in their approach. We can’t believe the transformation of our home! To top it all off, they are incredibly kind people. "He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."
