I'm a 73 year old disabled veteran and going through this aggravation over incompetence is way out of line.My Thanksgiving dinner isn't going to happen this year."

Then they sent us Jake and he did a marvelous job and we loved the way he did all of the work. You need to have more installers with Jakes skills and you will have a very successful business.
