"Previously I had used Rod Poppe for our HVAC needs, however, when he retired he sold his business to Watkins.  When our air conditioning unit stopped running on Friday evening, I gave Watkins a call.  Since it was fairly late, their answering machine gave an option of leaving an emergency breakdown message or a regular message (which I chose due to the late hour).  On Saturday morning I gave them another call about 8:00 AM and left an emergency message since it was going to be a hot, muggy day and I needed the unit fixed ASAP.  I received a call back from Michael House, the on-call tech very quickly and by 9:30 he was at our house.  After doing a thorough analysis, he found a blown capacitor and low Freon level, but otherwise the 24+ year old unit was in good shape.  Michael was VERY professional, courteous, and thorough.  I would HIGHLY recommend Watkins for any HVAC work."

"I needed an entire new house system with all duct work installed and lines and power. I had window units for air and baseboard for heat. Greg's team was great to work with. Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install. "I have no idea how they compare on price, but honestly it wouldn't matter if I had talked with other providers because these people are great.
When I phoned to inquire about services, the woman I spoke with very clearly explained the entire process, pricing, and what to expect during the service. When the two service providers arrived (spot on time, by the way), they reviewed the service with me, including pricing, so that we were all on the same page. They walked through the house to get the lay of the land, then got straight to work.
At this moment they are just beyond the half-way point in the service. They have been perfectly clean, very nice, and easy to have around. I chose not to leave during the service, so they have been letting me know if something loud was about to happen, but quite honestly, it hasn't been nearly as disruptive as I thought it could be.

"These guys were amazing. They were the first ones to call after I submitted a request on Angie's List, and they came out the same afternoon. They did everything they could to keep the price of the repair down, including calling the furnace manufacturer to see if some of the parts were covered by warranty. "I purchased the deal and was called within 24 hours to schedule the checkup for 5 days later.   It was scheduled between 10 am and noon.    The technician called prior to his arrival.   He was very courteous and professional.   He didn't seem to mind my watching and asking questions as he worked.   My A/C is only a few years old and he assured me that it is in good condition and working properly.   He did point out an area that sometimes goes bad with my particular brand of A/C due to the material used in manufacture.   I was pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call Kelly in the future.
