"One of the major concerns, when you move to another State is finding new key service providers. How fortunate are we to have found Sabastian and Appliance Zen. We are truly in an "om" state after using their service. Our oven stopped heating up and Sabastian not only found the problem on the circuit board but was able to repair it. "Nobody" does circuit board-level repairs. My past experience has been that a service provider would just say, "sorry, you have to replace the entire board assembly." At greater expense. But not Appliance Zen. The other issue with the oven was that it was running 25 degrees hotter than the temp we set. That turned out to be an easy adjustment. No repair needed. Lastly, our dishwasher was also acting up - not cleaning all of the dishes on the bottom rack - and Sabastian determined what was wrong, but after checking the prices of replacement parts, factoring in labor and the age of the unit, he recommended against the high cost of repair and to just replace the unit.
