"Last fall, I set out to replace an aging oil fired boiler with a modern gas fired unit. I bought the boiler itself and laid out and fitted most of the plumbing, but I still needed help with the gas piping and the final reconnection of the new and old systems.

He came over to my house, looked at what I had done, offered suggestions on some changes -- for example, to move the make-up water valve closer to the boiler -- and came back to work when I could be there as well. It took us less than a day to finish the job and get the heat back on. He also helped me with getting the proper permits from the City and in dealing with the inspector.
Peter used to work in New England where boilers rather than forced hot air furnaces are the norm so he was very familiar with my heating system. He even loaned me some of his tools -- very large pipe wrenches and an invaluable pipe vise -- that are needed to deal with large black iron pipe, and taught me the best ways to assemble sections of black iron. On the job, Peter is easy to work with and even listens to WCQS.

"Zack has done work for us on several prior occasions...he is our "go to" guy. When I called him on 1/21/15 we were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, 1/22/15. An outside water faucet was leaking, and with the cold winter weather we were concerned about the pipe freezing and possibly bursting, even though we cover it with a cap to keep it as warm as possible. Zack and an assistant showed up on time and completed the repair in less than an hour. He had the necessary parts in a hose bibb repair kit. It was a simple project.

"Ty was wonderful. He returned my call within minutes and was able to come out that evening t deal with the immediate problem of the leak. He removed the wet drywall and cleaned up the damage, as well as the room he worked in. When he was finished for the night, the space was clean instead of covered in drywall dust. He arranged to come back to complete the repair a week later - the delay was in part to let the damaged area fully dry and in part my own schedule. He came back on the scheduled day, on time, and replaced my shower floor and completed the repair. It looks fantastic! 
Ty is professional, polite, and a very nice guy. He does great work, is honest with his quotes, explains the problem, and was patient with my questions. His sub-contractors were also polite, professional, and did great work. I highly recommend Ty and will call him again if I ever need any help with plumbing.

"Eric, through his receptionist, advised that since it was a fairly small job, an hourly rate of $135.00 for first hour and $35.00 per hour after that was agreed to. However, I did not realize that instead of working full days to complete the project, it took 4 days ( 3 hours one day, 4 hours another, etc) to complete. Therefore they charged $135.00 for the first hour each day for 4 days. If the guys had worked longer each day it would have been completed in less days; therefore less cost to me. Eric's office was contacted but Eric advised the pricing was correct."
