The estimate was detailed and fair. Communications/interactions with owner/managers Steve and Mike were always a positive experience. They are very knowledgeable about the hardwood flooring business and were a pleasure to work with. Installers Charles and Craig were excellent at their craft. They were punctual, worked hard the whole day, and cleaned up at the end. We were very happy with every aspect of the flooring they installed. The flooring that we had installed was a natural pre-finished select red oak from the Hardwood Outlet in Penfield. The folks there, Oz and Levant, were very helpful and accommodating in helping us choose the flooring that would best fit our needs. We took home numerous samples before making our final selection. Like Rochester Hardwood Floors, the Hardwood Outlet is a quality operation. All around, this was a great experience and we are very happy with the quality and value of the finished product. "This was a disaster that left me so angry I was literally Shaking! This company was sent by HSA Home Warranty another disaster look them up before you sign up. Anyway Simco was supposed to inspect the hot water heater for a leak to be replaced under the home warranty. The guy right off made a backhanded threat that he wouldn't condemn us and then became accusatory about the insulation on the water pipes saying what are you hiding here...the insulation was on the hot water side and was there when we bought the home this past November then he started nosing around and making other ******** comments. I worked in the trades myself and got very alarmed as he constantly was looking at gas pipes etc. This home had an engineer performed and certified inspection last November. I cant imagine what would have happened with an elderly and or female client. When I started questioning him he became very defensive and when I left to get my phone to record him in action he decided to leave!! Thank god for that!!! This is the worst experience of my 60 years."
