From the technician checking my original concern with my old unit to the comfort specialist coming out to give me a bid and options. I decided with the type of refrigerant my old unit uses, it would be better to replace the complete unit. The comfort specialist explained all it would entail and we set a date to have it replaced. Alex and crew showed up on time and went to work. They were very careful to lay tarps down not to make a mess. The job took about 6 hrs. Which was about what I was told. I could have not asked for a better installation. Very neat, everything tied down and all equipment was explained as to how to use and maintain. This was a costly service but I feel I made the correct decision and knowing that Air Specialist has my back made it easier to swallow. This company is a class act A++ in my book."
