When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. "They were wonderful actually got to my house a little early which was OK. They came as promised and installed a brand new furnace and central air we had no heat and they promised they could do it the very next day. Everybody was nice and professional They knew what they were doing. They cleaned up when it was all finished and finished in the timeframe that they initially quoted. They also spent time after the installation explaining everything to us.Two days later we had a problem with getting the heat on it was a weekend and they sent somebody ASAP to our house. It turned out it was a switch that we accidentally turned off so it was our fault that the heat wouldnâ t come on and they were pleasant even coming out on Saturday.
