"From furnace replacement to diagnosing, repairing and reconfiguring 135 year old gas lines and plumbing, Anthony and son and crew are superb artisans. They treat you like your job is their main concern and are not overpriced like a lot of the corporate groups! Cannot say enough good things about this exceptional honest family owned business!"

"I had a clogged basement bathroom drain that another company was unable to fully resolve. I called 123 Sewer & Drain, and Mohamed came out on a Sunday morning. He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Everything was done the right way — no shortcuts and no upselling, just a straightforward and professional approach. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to do the job right and makes sure everything is fully working before leaving. The issue has been completely resolved. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services."

"They unclog two outdoor storm drains Very happy. I would recommend them."

"Had called for a quote. I compared with previous services quoted and decided to hire them. The problem was fixed and at a reasonable price."

"PlunbWell and Bruno are an excellent choice for my difficult situation. I was getting the air in my hot and cold water lines and could not figure out where it was coming from. He called me in the morning and arrived promptly on time later in the afternoon. He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s. I would highly recommend PlunbWell and Bruno to repair any plumbing that you have in your house or business at a very reasonable cost."

"I have used Continental Plumbing & Heating twice. First to clear a plumbing line that comes into the basement and then to repair a linking pipe in the kitchen. Each time they were professional - arrived on time; gave a me options clearly outline the considerations; and then doing a perfect installation. They cleaned up afterwards. They made the experience easy."

"Dave was very professional throughout the process. He was always on time when showing up for the estimates as well as when doing the work. When he gave the estimate he came in and used a camera to scan the sewer line and explained everything for me and exactly what he would be doing. He did not try and make it a bigger job than necessary and once we agreed to proceed with the work he did everything on time and in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend him to others and will use them again."

"My water heater needed to be replaced after it started leaking. I had considered switching to a different type of heater, and they explained why it wasn’t the best option for my situation. They gave me a fair quote, and once I was ready to move forward, the installation was done quickly and smoothly. The work was professional, and I’m super happy with the result. I highly recommend their services."
