"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

They were clean and didn't leave any trash. We were extremely pleased with them. The retaining wall 8 feet high and 90 ft long. I would highly recommend them."

"I was fortunate enough to find Magic Garage Cleaners when I was looking for a company to clean out my basement. The basement was not finished, and had 20+ years of dirt and junk all over the place. Dave and his crew cleaned out the whole basement, and then cleaned out my garage. I was so happy with their work that I had them come back and remodel my entire basement. They ripped out the old/unfinished stuff and put in new sheetrock, flooring, ceilings, fresh paint, etc. The basement looks wonderful and I now have a home gym and plenty of storage space. I hired an electrician who did all the lighting and completed the new look. I now have Dave and his crew back and they are remodeling my garage including a new roof, gutters and leaders, shelving, windows, and doors. I already have a list of other repair/remodel/painting jobs I will use them to complete. Not only do they do a professional job, they are very pleasant to deal with while doing the work. They are always on time and Dave is the most responsive person who has ever done work in my house. He is on site for the job and, if he is not on site, he is readily available by phone, text, or email. He responds immediately to any questions or concerns. It is so refreshing to have a contractor who is so responsive; so many of them disappear and don't return calls. He stays in constant contact throughout the job and does what he promises to do. Another nice touch if you can't be present while the work is being completed, Dave continually checks in with you and sends photos of the work as it is being completed. This is a reliable company that I will continue to use and certainly recommend."

Fleres got back to me in 15 minutes, and provided me with a ton of information that helped guide me to the right place. He provided contact information to other resources. His willingness to help even though he would not earn a dime from me was awesome. If we was willing to help me in that way, image how attentive and honest he is to his paying customers. "I thought the on the whole went excellent. The workers were extremely efficient and professional, and the quality of the work done was absolutely top notch. The work took 2 days for completion. 90% of the work was done on Day 1. Day 2 consisted of building a concrete porch/ramp for my side unit apt. As far as pricing goes, I would say their pricing was good. I had gotten a few other quotes, and Mezzacappa's pricing was slightly lower. Now I'm sure if I went bargain hunting I could have found someone cheaper. However I wasn't looking for cheap, I was looking for value. Quality work at a fair price done quickly. That's exactly what I feel I got. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future."

"Called office and they had estimator call me the following day. Dan came out and explained what they would do relative to the new roof. He said he would need to have a different person come our regarding the railing. I received my estimate by email as promised. Additionally Chuck contacted me about the railing and came out and provided an estimate via email the following day. In all my interactions with Dan, Chuck and the project scheduler, Rob I was always respond to quickly and professionally. The roofing crew showed up as scheduled and finished the job on the same day. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Chuck came about a week later to install the new railing system and did a great job. The railings matched the rest of the porch and are much sturdier than the original on the old steps. I have a few other projects inside my home I plan on having done in the next year. I plan on contacting Double D for their thoughts and estimates. They will have a distinct advantage based on my confidence in their quality of work and communication professionalism from start to finish."
