"A++++ experience with Alex in removing 7 raccoons from my property. He responded immediately, set up an appointment for the next day, came to my home on time and offered fair pricing. I had tried everything to get rid of these pests that were relentlessly destroying my garden and on my deck every night smashing planters, etc. I have a small dog I was most concerned about since they killed 3 kittens in the yard. It had become a stressful, time-consuming and expensive problem I had no way of managing. Alex was very professional and explained the process in detail as well as Plan B options for trying to get the mother raccoon (luckily not needed). He set up 2 traps that caught 2 a night - in only 4 days -problem gone! He was very dependable as far as removing and replacing the traps which was a concern because I didn’t want the animals sitting too long. This is my second day raccoon-free. I’ll absolutely call Alex again if I see any sign of a raccoon. THANK YOU Alex!"

"I live in a co-op building in Washington Heights. Green Earth is the exclusive extermination service that our co-op uses and our building is infested with mice and a variety of different roaches. It's a really bad situation and *no one* in my building is happy with the service that we're getting, but that's not why I'm writing this bad review. I'm writing because I had a particularly bad experience with Green Earth after they were hired by my building's management company to do mouse mitigation in my apartment. In short, the service itself was poor and nothing has changed in terms of the infestation in my housing unit - again, poor service is par for the course with these guys and is not why I'm writing. What really upset me is that Green Earth would not divulge any details of what it found in my apartment in terms of mouse activity nor would they divulge what compounds or substances that may have been spread around to mitigate the mouse problem when they were here. The explanation for their secrecy, from three rude people that reply to emails there, is that because the management company itself was the client that hired Green Earth, they believe that they do not have to tell me what pest control treatments were used that day in the apartment that I own. Apparently Green Earth takes its bureaucratic and self-assigned paper work obligations so seriously that they feel that they have an absurd duty to cloak pest control findings and, more importantly, the treatments that Green Earth uses, secret from the residents of housing units that it treats when they are hired by co-op boards or building managers to treat individual housing units. I've got a two year old kid and I just want to know what they may or may not have spread around my apartment and they won't tell me. To me, that is totally unacceptable."

He explained in detail what he saw,.. looked in all areas inside and outside my home and suggested exactly what I needed. "I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."

"Stay away from these people. After 21 years as a customer, we accidentally missed one bill (a whole $71 bucks1) and without a phone call, letter or anything else, they turned the account over to a collection agency. The account was brought up to date via our online banking account but.... Cooper is either too cheap or too inefficient to electronically link to Wells Fargo so the bank has to mail them a paper check which can take 7-10 days to arrive."
