"Richard managed home repair project; including new roof, new decks, new HVAC system, and interior clean-up, miscellaneous repairs and painting. He was very easy to work with and helped me get my house ready for me to move into. Would recommend."

"This company has worked well with me doing repairs due to water damage to my home. Mr. Kirkland has given suggestions, advice, and more than met my expectations on doing the repairs. He has worked well with my Insurance Company to secure a fair settlement for the needed repairs. His work crews are truly appreciated. They are hard workers, quiet as possible, and very mannerly. The work is not yet completed and I will do a follow-up review at that time, but as of the current date, I would recommend them highly!"

"July 7 2025 we lost our house to a fire . Paul Davis Bellview has not just been rebuildour home they are helping to mend our broken hearts. Losing our home of 31y and everything in it , has been horrendous. We have had some bumps ,along the way . That were smoothed out by the Paul Davis team ,Tammy , John Larry and David . From the start Grif and his remediation team explained each step. Kenny made sure he heard what was important to me and just let my cry and cry. Fast forward , our home is almost ready . Now we are picking out cabinets and floors Tammy has so much patience. This is not a corporate vibe. Family owned and the owner really cares about his customers.Mr. ingold stayed in contact with us the whole process . We also got lucky because our ,city of minneola has the best people. Helen kept all the wheels turning . I pray you have not experienced what we have been through . I can say , PD are really good people and do incredable work . Highly recommend . A company with"

"The entire team at National HomeCraft earned 5 star rating starting with Kathy who responded right away on scheduling someone to come to our home for the free consultation. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"

"Derrick was hired to redo severely butchered work done by a previous so called contractor (Waldron Painting Services and More LLC - BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE Matt Waldron). Derrick had to repaint the interior of my entire home, replace molding, rip out new LVP flooring butchered by the previous contractor, correct that contractor's mess of caulk and wood putty used to try to hide mistakes. Derrick and his crew are passionate about their craft; displaying an attention to detail and going above and beyond in order to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. Derrick is on the job working with his crew and managing all aspects of the work. They are respectable, courteous, clean and efficient. Derrick turned what was a disaster into a home we are proud to live in. I would not hesitate to hire Derrick (Fausnight Flooring) again. I have referred him to family and friends who have seen his work and are excited to have a contractor they can trust to make their home a special place. Please, do yourself a favor and do not hire anyone else...."

"Everything went very well. He arrived on time, had all the tools needed, knew exactly what to do, got right to work and repaired the light as needed. Though the light had a piece broken, he was able to fix it and complete the job quickly and completely!! Highly recommend him!!"

"John is a consummate professional - he says what he will do and how long it will take and then he works to fulfill what he agreed to do in the timeframe discussed. He is very talented on a wide range of handyman tasks such as carpentry, drywall, and general remodeling. He really cares about his quality - and I appreciate his honest perspective on the tasks he’s been helping me to accomplish since I purchased my home. That’s why I keep hiring him! I’m this case he removed some very old windows that were left over from a previous renovation by the previous owners that just looked into a storage area in a studio area so I will be able to hang other things on those walls. I also didn’t want windows looking into my storage area. I have a light up there. The windows didn’t look outside- maybe at some point they did but not anytime recently. He did a great job of removal and framing and drywalling to prep for when we are ready to paint."

"The Prime Contractor was amenable to making contractual changes before the project began; this was greatly beneficial to assuaging customer concerns. The majority of sub-contractors performed assigned tasks without incident, all without any accidents—and all were insured. The final product resulted in a detached garage with framing, roofing, gutters, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing that are worthy or show-casing first-rate craftsmanship. I am extremely pleased with the final result and would readily work with this company again on future projects."

"I was so impressed with Juan. A true expert at woodworking. Our cabinets needed a major facelift and they look brand new now. I would 100% use Juan again and highly recommend him. A++++"
