"They have already been to my house three times! They put up my trampoline for me, Stained outdoor furniture for me, And then I have asked them to do a lot of other odd jobs. They work the whole time and are super professional!"

"Everything went well. Gary and his crew were great! They all treated me with respect and worked very hard. We're extremely happy with the deck. There are a few rough spots that I would've liked to get fixed, but what was done had to be done I guess. The only real problem I had, was the owner. I messaged him to see if the cosmetic repairs could be fixed. He bypassed everything I told him and made an excuse for the decks cosmetics. And questioned why I was calling 2 weeks later and complaining. Well we don't sit there 24/7. And of course sitting there, you notice little things that are imperfect. Yes, I did agree when I t was completed, to do an inspection myself, but again, you notice more, when you are actually sitting there. He did however, agree to fix what was wrong. However, I never received a warranty nor a written guarantee, for a $16,000 deck. If we need construction again, I would recommend asking for Gary and his crew, to do the job!! !"

"We called Machen for an estimate to tear off our old roof on our house and detached garage. They were very responsive and Jodi even came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products we needed, and we were impressed that he actually climbed the roof to take all of the measurements, where other contractors we had contacted did not. The estimate we received was fair considering that the roof deck would need wrapped and the amount of ice guard we needed. Jodi and his team were on time every day and got right to work. They took their time on the job and were very conscientious about the work performed to ensure it was done correctly. Jodi takes a lot of pride in ensuring the job site remains neat and takes a lot of care to ensure they thoroughly clean up before leaving for the day. We ran into heavy rain halfway through the project and Jodi even came out on the weekend to ensure that the roof was water tight before the rain hit. The new roof looks great and we are very pleased with the end result!"

I am so thankful that I found him and his company because although this project encountered hiccups, Bob not only made it right but saved me more money and headaches in the future. "This passed sat. I had Alex floors and more put in a new waterproof vinyl laminate in the bathroom. Plus install crown molding and new baseboard. Came in put covers up and steps and hallway. Very neat from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them."

"Very gifted carpenter/contractor., detailed oriented. Punctual,meticulous, and priced affordable. Very good personality to work with and focused on your results. I highly recommend him. Also, his knowledge of so many different components of building makes him a jack of all trades. So no matter what type of building, remodeling, etc. he can do it for you. If you call him and are able to get him to work for you( he is very busy) consider yourself lucky ð"

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."
