We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done.  Excellent work the first day it was not coming together as well as expected I did not have to say anything they volunteered to come back and fix it to make it level which they did. They came back on Saturday and redid the job the shed is level and works perfect.  I was very impressed by the workmanship and the fact that they want the job to be done right and that I did not have a chance to complain (if I wanted to) they beat me to it and to me that was awesome when people take pride in their job to do it right.  Thank you and I highly recommend Lake Property Services.

"I was very happy with this company. I needed my very wet dirt driveway taken care of, due to all the rain we'd gotten, I was literally getting stuck in my own driveway. They came up with a clever solution to the problem to keep my vehicle from getting stuck, as well as helping to drain the water from the surface. Also, had them build me a nice spice rack from scrap pallets and a simple lean-to shed. Mike, one of the owners was personable and upfront on what it would cost and I would definitely use them again."
