"We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. The workers were actually craftsmen and gentlemen. My wife and I have been around construction all of our lives and have witnessed the horrors of fighting builders and their subs. We recommend All In Builders Construction Corporation completely without any reservations. I’m happy to talk with anyone about their work and how comfortable and pleasant it to work with them. "They divided the house in two sections, living room, kitchen, and family room were first (that's where the hardwood was) and the bedrooms were second. When they were working on the wood floors, they found out that the subfloor had to be restored as well, which increased the price a little bit more. This is something they had no way to know until they actually started doing the repairs, so it's something homeowners should be prepared for. After all those repairs were done, everything went very well. They started the sanding part and then the refinishing. We actually found out that they use green products in their projects, which we loved because they are better for your health and the environment. We decided to go natural, so no stains were applied on the floors. They did an amazing job restoring those wood floors, they were as shiny as if they were just installed brand new. Major pros for that. After that was finished, they proceeded to do the polishing of the marble. I think that was less complicated because they did it really fast and very good quality here too. Because of the size of the projects, they installed the quarter rounds we bought for free. Organization is a pro in this company. In addition, hey are very accessible, always answering emails and phone calls, so you won't have any problems communicating with them.  "

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
