"We hired Steller Construction and Remodeling LLC to build a deck/Catio in May 2024. Micha (the Owner) was straightforward to work with and reach throughout the process. We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's (the owner) ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing !!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite everyday. At the end of each they completely cleaned up the area. We have worked with one other construction company and a roofing company when we did some remodling on our last home and did not have a good experience with either company. We were very nervous about having to go through another bad experience. We were so pleasantly surprised that Steller Construction turned out to be a great decision! "Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"

"Ron was great contractor to work with. He and his team provided a high quality product and at reasonable price point. He was easy to communicate with and flexible to meet our needs/desires. He was also very transparent and honest and all work was done according to stated timeline. Definitely the best contractor that I have worked with and look forward to working with again."

"Overall, terrible. Communication was crap. He raised prices without a word. Quality was ****. He'd show up with a couple blowers and be gone. He built a fence, great. The gate we wanted is still a pile of ****. Terrible workmanship. He never fixed it, after several cues to do it. The grass still has moss in it, the shrub/flower beds still have moss in them. Grass mulching and seeding, non-existent. Pruning, almost never. Yard weeding, no.... What we paid for was almost never delivered, on every visit. I could give several more reasons to never hire this guy again. Go ahead, hire him based on a slippery website. It's not worth it."

"Oregon Landscape gets our highest possible rating for their professionalism, work ethic and, most importantly, the final product. From the first day we met with Mike, our expectations were exceeded in all aspects. They have always been immediately responsive and timely and always showed up every day until our project was complete. We had a complicated irrigation system that needed to be completely overhauled; massive drainage challenges; installation of a 5-foot, cascading waterfall feature; pool edge coping and concrete patio work; retaining walls with rock face masonry and drainage, landscaping lighting (including submerged lights in our water fall feature); and more that all were completed beyond our expectations. The work product is second to none. We are so very happy with the job Oregon Landscape completed for us and couldn't give a higher rating and recommendation to anyone in the Portland area who is contracting for a large landscaping project."

"We ordered a Covana SwimSpa cover back in July or August of 2021. They finally received the product from the manufacturer in March of this year. When the installation team came to put it all together they realized that the person who had placed the order with the manufacturer had missed the fact that the cover was slightly too large to make a proper seal. The installation guys, who were great by the way, said they would work with All Spa to get is sorted out (new parts to make it work). Anyway, it's been a month and the thing is still sitting half assembled in my yard. Keep in mind that this is a $10K cover left partially assembled and covered in a tarp. I've made 5 inquiries via phone to All Spa to at least get a status update but have yet to respond. It really just speaks to a major lack of professionalism to not even have the decency to let us know the status of what is going on. I don't usually leave reviews like this but I think that this certainly warrants a 1 star review."

I am skilled in all forms of basic home maintenance as well as general remodeling. I am familiar with anything from appliance repair to adding a deck. In the past I have remodeled several older homes which involved basic carpentry, drywall, painting as well as small appliance repair .

"The MasterDecks team did a wonderful job on my front deck! Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and professional. It was easy to communicate with them and they were very responsive to all my questions/comments (the daily logs and pictures were great!). They constructed the deck well, doing all the extra things needed to make the deck last, like placing gtape on top of the wood support beams, adding extra screws in critical areas, etc. I would highly recommend this company to others!"
