"Excellent job overall. John was faced with challenges with the fence post removal in that they were imbedded in rather large amounts of concrete that required extra efforts (steel pry bars and winch) to remove from the ground. John disposed of the fence posts and concrete remains as well. John also removed, replaced and disposed of twelve 2x10x48" pressure treated steps. Many of the steps required special handling and additional bracing installed due to the age and condition of the existing stair stringers. After the initial installation, John was asked to re-look at a couple of the stair treads, and he returned very promptly to return and make adjustments without complaint. John also removed the remnants of two 2x8' very old (and brittle) overhead semi-transparent panels over the rear deck. He replaced with new customer-provided polycarbonate panels of the same dimensions and hauled away the old remains. He also removed and disposed of several unwanted saplings that were growing at random and completed a major trim on an overgrown euonymus bush/tree to prevent damage to house siding and allow adequate airflow to an outside air-conditioning unit."

"Luis came on time. Cleaned up after himself. He installed a flat screen on my wall and hid the wires. I bought the mount for TV. It would have been helpful for him to advise me to have plate covers. Minor thing. I would use him again definitely. He also provided me a copy of his liability certificate etc. helpful as there are so many jack legs out there. "I wish I had found Reliant Assembly first!!  When I called Reliant Assembly, Kenny was very polite, professional and knowledgable about my basketball goal and the installation process. After agreeing upon the date, he kept us informed about the timing and process for my installation.  During phase 1 (2 part process), he showed up and did what was necessary for phase 1.  Because of the weather/scheduling, phase 2 was looking to fall on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day).  Kenny knew and understood I had 2 little boys who were chomping at the bit to have their basketball goal installed, so instead of scheduling phase 2 for after the holiday (potentially 3 additional days), he came on on Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend to complete the job.  The result is a phenomenal basketball goal and 2 ecstatic little boys (and parents)!  Thank you Kenny (Reliant Assembly) for making this installation process flow so smoothly.   <br /> One last thing, as Kenny was leaving, I inquired about a mechanical issue I was having with my garage door opener and without hesitation not only did he take a look at it...he fixed it saving me a large deductible!  I would 1000 %  recommend Reliant Assembly and will definintely use them again for any future installation/assembly needs. <br />"

"Overall we are pleased with the results and give kudos to the contractor for working with us through all the issues. Our definition of quality probably exceeds what would make most people happy. Project began with an overly ambitious schedule for completion. Instead of 3-4 days it took 5-6 weeks (ok by us), including down time (waiting for custom doors to be ordered because std. ones originally ordered didn't fit right, XMAS, weekend-only work, etc.). Work was more complex than they expected due to the age of our residence, and the switch from double-hung to casements, requiring carpentry work atypical for this kind of job. Carpentry was well done. Also, it appeared contractors hadn't installed these particular windows before so there was a learning curve, and the manufacturer's window design created installation challenges. Some of their original measurements were wrong, creating installation challenges down the line (e.g. required change from frame-in to frame-out)."
