"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I had Luke from Family First Plumbing & Heating out a 2nd time to repair the tub tile and clean and mount my window a/c unit. As before, Luke 's work was top of the line and he patched my tub wall nicely despite the fact he was working with a 90 year old wall. I'm very pleased to have found Luke and his team. "They did a great job! Dulce was very helpful with sending me images of the stone color I want and getting me setup with quotes and walk thrus. The gentleman that came and completed the template was friendly and walked me through all of my options for what I wanted to accomplish and made budget friendly recommendations. The installer were great and cleaned up after themselves after having to cut out the sink after installing the tops."
