He had a very detailed scope document and was very honest and transparent when there were scope changes. Most importantly, he cares that you will be happy with the project, and sent his crew multiple times after the project completed to help out with minor touch ups. "Competent and reliable team, solid schedule, very professional result. Neighbors see their results and often seek their help. Straightforward and knowledgeable. Comfortable interaction since 2015. They stand behind their work and take pride in it. We have a house built in 1838 which needed external repairs to deal with weather, recently becoming more severe. They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. They rebuilt an elaborate rear yard fence and built a privacy gate. It is our pleasure to write this review, we feel lucky to have them available."

"They put a new roof on our house. They were efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up after completion. My only issue was the amount of shingles delivered to our house, even after the normal amount considered as a waste factor on the job was over 25% more than needed. They used 71 bundles to complete the job but had 94 bundles delivered. Then, they stated that we were never charged for 94 bundles. This made no sense to me. So, although they did a great job, I would recommend that any future customer get a detailed quote to include the amount of materials needed. Shame on me for not getting that when we got the quote. That was the only issue and the fact that the explanation received from them made no sense and was not very polite to me as the customer."
