"I guess they were shorthanded so after leaving multiple messages for an update over the course of several weeks, I finally got to talk to someone. Seems like great folks but overwhelmed with work. PC still won't boot but is probably beyond there ability (Microsoft issue). Assuming they are staffed up, I would give them a second chance."
