He expected it to take 3 days and to have to rent a loader. he managed to do it in only two days inserting 6 sonotubes along the back and supporting the main beam with pillars set on bed rock. The third day he opened up the kitchen floor in the cottage and replaced 5 beams with pressure treated lumber. Because he didn'thave to rent the loader he took $300 off the price.
