The basement was mostly finished prior to the project, but we have noticed a huge improvement in the areas that were added and the all new flooring. The added electric was done professionally and it showed. The communication was fantastic with the project manager, who was responsive and courteous. I would recommend this addition or renovation to anyone who’s considering it. The value it adds to a home and to your lifestyle is worth every penny."

Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."
