Jessie had all his samples with him and a catalog to pick our sinks from. No pressure to sign a contract ever. He was understanding we needed time to decide. Treated my wife with respect (other sales people directed questions to me and not her, they made her feel invisible). Jessie’s prices were fair and reasonable, so we decided to go with him. "I couldn't be happier with the job that Mr. Johnnie B did. He replaced the carpet on seven stairs and replaced the carpet in the master closet. The stairs look great and you can't see the seams with the existing carpet at all! And he made the whole experience very easy. I wanted the job done rather quickly because I wanted to put my house up for sale. I called and left a message for Johnnie on Friday and he got back to me within a couple of hours. He came out on Monday to give me an estimate for the job and was on time and very courteous. And knowing that I wanted this done right away he came back on Tuesday and did the repairs. I couldn't ask for better customer service! I highly recommend him!"
