No frills but the subcontractor was attentive to getting the job done and clean up after (which I did appreciate). While the work was done in a day the final price seemed reasonable in light of the fact that I don't have that skill set or tools to make it happen. Overall very pleased with the result."

"Rep arrived on schedule, reviewed site, gave written estimate describing work. Accepted proposal -- start time was open for the next two weeks. Crew arrived the next morning with 20 minutes notice -- could not get access to one gable thru neighbors locked patio. Painting of front soffit had to be redone due to missed areas. Overall about ten spots where white paint was foot tracked on concrete stoop and patio; several white paint drips on black railing. The paint used was in cans that had their labels removed -- the embossed lid showed only the brand."
