"Rapid Roofing was great in follow up. I have great respect for their follow up and the way they conduct their business. I thank them."

"Leak was fixed. They had a minimum charge, so they inspected and sealed other areas of the roof and repaired all the flashing."

"My salesman, Phil Brenner, is a godsend. He coordinated three projects that I needed to have done to my home: roofing, new gutters and painting the outside of my home. He coordinated the projects and came by regularly to see that the jobs were being done. Additionally, a representative of Roofing Force called me regularly to make sure I was happy with job thus far. The crews were professionals. Carlos, the painting supervisor, even climbed onto a steep faux slate roof after dark to paint a cupola! Impressive!"

"They we awesome! They tore off the old roof, repaired the issues and put a new roof on in one day. They cleaned up before they left my property. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again."

"I am 100% satisfied. Lewis responded quickly to my request for a flooring installer. He made his work proposal very clear. He offered a good price which he did not change at the end of the job. Lewis worked in a precise manner and completed the work within the proposed timeframe. He kept me informed during each phase of the project. He respected timing and always gave me a heads-up as to his arrival, lunch break or leaving for the day. Lastly, Lewis exhibited a level of integrity and honesty that allowed me to feel comfortable while he was in my home. I would recommend Sissi Construction; a true representative of standard and quality."

"The process was very positive.  Kansas Quality Roofing had a variety of shingles to choose from.  Their crew was efficient and did quality work.   We would recommend Kansas Quality Roofing to friends and family."

"The windows were installed. A screen was damaged and to be replaced. After two years no screen and numerous calls. Their word and guarantee to us is worthless...... never again! I have learned a lesson........

"Responded quickly with a quote, friendly and knowledgeable, prices affordable, and did the job in the timeframe we needed."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Takes a while to get ahold of them to get in system. I found them to be fair in determining whether to make a repair or replace. Very fair and reasonable, They are clear on what is and isn’t covered."
