"The project went well. The guys showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were kind and easy to work with and cleaned up afterwards. They replaced the staircase on my deck and it's a lot sturdier than the old one. Can't wait to stain it in a few weeks. I will recommend this company for any deck work you may have."

"Great over-all experience with Fence and Deck Depot from the initial estimate to fence installation. Salesman was very knowledge about their fence products and did not pressure to buy. Office staff kept us well informed about the fence installation scheduling. The crew did a excellent job installing the fence and before they left washed down the vinyl fence and completely cleaned up the yard. A few weeks after the install we noticed one gate needed tweaking. They came the very next day and made the adjustment. The quality of their vinyl fence material is well above any other company we received bids from. We would highly recommend this company."

"We desperately needed a deck to replace one that was falling apart. Maris was quick to respond to all questions, familiar with the product I wanted to use (Deckorators), and did everything needed (permits, etc). Everyone that I talked to at Maris was so nice. They kept us up to date during every step either by phone or email. Our deck was done in a week. I love it!. I would definitely recommend Maris for any home improvement products. Thank you Paul and Monica for everything."

"We hired Intelligent to replace our old wood deck with a covered composite deck. We received bids from 4 different companies and all the bids came reasonably close. Only 3 of 4 companies were willing to install a roof over the deck. Our deciding factor was the variety of decking to choose from, the quality of decking, the timeline and how well Tom their sales person answered our questions and did not pressure us. He came to our house twice and we exchanged several emails prior to us signing the contract. We actually had one more company scheduled to give us a bid but after our second meeting with Tom we were ready to book the job. The owner Mike and his office person Andrew maintained contact with us and answered questions. The job ended up costing a little more and took a little longer than expected. It was due to 2 unexpected issues beyond Intelligent or our control which caused a slight change in drawings, engineer approval and city inspection. Love our new covered deck!! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed."

"My wrought iron porch railing was dangerously loose when I bought the house. Parts of it pulled up and would fail if someone leaned against it. By agreement, Jablan infused epoxy or concrete or something and drilled deep screws through the base plates of the railing into the concrete, securing it solidly without any further give. Also, sanded down some rust spots and thoroughly repainted the entire railing, which looks great, like new. They proactively added some concrete patching, unrelated to the railing itself, but apparently, since they had the concrete mixed they filled a few weathered spots and a big gap in the stairs due to the ground settling down over the years. This guards against further weathering and water leaking under the porch. It was unexpected and highly appreciated. Great job overall."

"We, a HOA, did a competition to fix multiple locations our 20 year old white vinyl fence. The Easter attention to detail and price were fantastic and their price was far cheaper than their competition and our prior contractor. Although it took a few months for the repairs, it was still quicker than our prior contractor. A prior fence company had replaced posts higher than adjacent posts plus some lean a little. Easter repaired 12 different locations. All the posts were the same height as adjacent posts plus didn't lean. I know where all the repairs were completed. However, I could not distinguish between the old and repaired sections, except where one rail, which didn't need replacing, still had a small smudge from the dirty snow where it had been laying."

"Midtown Home Improvements did a beautiful job in replacing my deck. From start to finish, the personnel was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. They kept me informed of what they were doing and how soon the project would be finished. The workers that completed the job were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in replacing my deck. After the deck had been completed, they cleaned up the old wood and picked up the materials that weren't used."

"We recently contracted with Midtown to have a new deck installed on our historic home. Any concerns we initially had regarding workmanship, quality, or integrity were immediately put to rest. This company was exemplary in every aspect. From teardown of the old deck to completion of the new build, we were made aware via the customer portal of progress or concerns. Michaela, in the office, addressed our emails quickly and allayed any fears we may have had. Thanks to Jacob, Nolan, Tony, Juan and everyone for a quality performance! Kudos to them all!"

"Jim and his crew tore down our 15 year-old rotted front porch and constructed a gorgeous new one with composite materials. We added riser lights and an extra step to the original agreement, and we are very pleased that we did. The riser lights add to the safety of the steps along with looking so nice at night. We couldn’t be happier with our new porch; it has greatly enhanced the curb appeal of our home. Jim was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Although this job was not completed as quickly as we anticipated, my husband and I much prefer quality work over speed. We would be happy to work with The Hungry Carpenter if the need ever arises."

"Chesterfield Fence and Deck repaired the storm damage to our deck from a year ago. We are extremely happy with everything they did for us. Melissa and Mustafa helped us get started and Suvad did the work. It was unbelievable how professional and courteous he was, and he went the extra mile a few times such as tightening screws that were not flush with the decking to begin with, replacing screws to the posts that were of more proper size, double checking replacement step samples even bringing us samples to make sure we were happy. This guy is amazing, ask for him! Thank you Chesterfield Fence and Deck!"
