Lied to about every part of the progress including that the plans were waiting to be approved, only to find out they were never even completed let alone turned in. Hired an atty to get my deposit back. Nothing resolved. Jim and Mary Ann asked to a release form. I signed it, and still never received full deposit back. Only received 13k that they deposited on elevator. Do not hire this company. They are not reputable and their word is no good"
