"The technicians were polite and did do the downspouts and the drain replacement to our satisfaction. They advised that the gutters were full of debris and I asked them to clean them and they agreed. They advised me the charge would be $1.00 per foot x 300 feet. They did not take very long and I questioned if they were through already and Trey replied yes. The next day we had someone from a different company to talk to us about gutter screens and they took pictures of the gutters and 2 sides of the house gutters still had a lot of debris in them. They have been properly cleaned and the screens have been installed so they should remain clean. I feel like I paid $300.00 for work that was not done completely. Also, they looked at our gutters and wanted to sell us a new gutter system. It was determined that the gutters are fine."

"We were concerned about the condition under our old gutters. A#1 made it so easy by coming and removing the old gutters and giving us time to replace all the bad wood. Once the wood was replaced we called them back we were put on the schedule to return and install our new seamless gutters. Not only was the staff nice and professional and accommodating , the 2 young men who installed the gutters were also nice and professional and did an amazing job! We would highly recommend this company !!"

"From customer service to installation, ALL were timely and on point. The work is expensive, however it is done on time. I only have one complaint in that when they added gutter, gutter covers, new soffit, they did NOT replace the old UGLY face plate, and for the cost, that is disappointing. This shouldn t have even been questioned. And when asked the installer said that because it wasn t unusable, it was put back up, and it could be painted. Despite the fact that it has holes in it and doesn t match the NEW faceplate it connects to. It s ugly. Yet, the installers were professional, efficient and timely. I would recommend the work...keeping an eye on the small details."
