We had two other professionals in previously who could not figure out why the thermostat we had purchased for installation didn't work and what to do so we could change the old thermostat to the new. Rich knew we needed a different thermostat and offered to purchase it at the supplier store for us.The price was reasonable and he came back two days later, on a Sunday to install it for us, although it is not level on the wall. It works great and it is wonderful to wake up to a warm house in the morning."
