"They replaced a gas line, relocated valves and turnoff controls, gave me advice, all with a smile and courtesy. Pleasant , professional and knowledgeable. I would hire them again, happily ,if I needed their service. Their price was much less than another company's quote for the same job."

"Robert was awesome. New Faucet water pressure weak. Robert actually bit a plastic piece that increased water pressure!!!! He went above and beyond. Thanks House Doctor."

"Frank was AWESOME! I hired him to replace an water hose valve, and toilet valve. Frank provided me a reasonable price over the phone, arrived promptly the same day, replaced both valves in under two hours. He was courteous, professional, efficient, and neat. I highly recommend VIP Plumbing based on my personal experience."

"When I tried to remove a stuck anti-siphon adapter from my outdoor faucet, the entire copper pipe broke at the stucco wall. I called 24/7 Plumbing and John showed up in less than 30 minutes from my call. He did exactly what he said he would do, and fixed not only the pipe but also installed a new faucet for me, all for a very reasonable price. I wish all contractors I deal with were as professional, competent and trustworthy as John!"

"The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else."

"Every aspect of JD Express Plumbing earns 5 stars, I highly recommend them. They are incredibly responsive and arrive on time, every time. They have done many projects for us over the last year. They re-piped a bathroom to accommodate a new double sink vanity, installed a new shower pan, liner and valve so we could have our shower stall re-tiled, installed a new hot water heater, fixed toilets and have also cleared out drains. They take the extra time to do the job right and use the highest quality materials. I will hire them for every plumbing project. Excellent customer service."
