He knew nothing and literally did zero part of the "commissioning" of the system, leaves without telling me what he did or didnt do, i'm thinking the job is done until the lady behind the desk calls me in more than a harrassing manor to collect payment. She explained a bunch of nonsense to me (come to find out once I hired a new company who actually knew what they were doing) that I had to pay another near $1400 (invoice recieved) to get the system up and running so that I can see it online etc etc. I denied the"
