"Needed to have our roof replaced. Lifetime Roofing is great! Gui from Lifetime stopped by the same day I called in for an estimate, and he was able to get us a very competitive price. Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! After the initial inspection, they sent us a number of photos showing the damage and a list of options for repairs along with the costs. The estimate was priced very fairly. Everything was straight forward. Setting up a time for work was no problem and they arrived, got the work completed in the allotted time. We had valleys and ridge caps repaired and underlayment replaced along with additional flashing around the chimney and dry-rot boards replaced. All this was done on a complex, concrete tile roof.
