"M&N Masonry has done multiple jobs over the last couple of years at my house and each project came out just as I expected. Minur and his talented crew have shown the ability and professionalism to do any masonry work at a reasonable cost with outstanding results. You can be sure the job will meet your expectations to look great, but also the materials used will be appropriate so you can count on it being done once and made to last."

"Connphault demoed and removed my old cracked sidewalk and made my back yard beautiful. They poured a large patio and new sidewalks. They suggested a radius sidewalk leading to the garage which is very pleasing to the eye. They even repaired a low spot in my driveway on the way out for a very small fee.. couldn’t be happier! Thanks again!!"

"Kevin Kennedy conducted a walk-through assessment of the cracks and made a recommendation for the required work.  The repair crew did the work a few weeks later.  The crew was punctual, friendly, and very professional.  The repaired cracks look great and I'm very pleased with the service and the result.

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in West Suffield, CT

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
