"Our heater stopped working around 7 pm during the night, last Feb 2026. We had no heat for the whole night so it was really cold inside the house the next day. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. He explained everything that he was doing while repairing the furnace. He was here for only an hour and got our heat going again. He's friendly and trustworthy. He is our Plumber and we call him for any problem. His rates are reasonable. We highly recommend him. We live in Brockton 02301."

"Carl Tucci came out and wrote the proposal the afternoon we called in mid June 2014. We reviewed it and compared it to another vendors quote and signed a contract the next day. Work started within a week (even though it was cooling season). Work was completed by the time our summer company arrived 7/10/14. They had one delay getting the unit, but that was overcome (busy season). All work done professionally. Every crew member knew what they were doing and even the trainees kept busy assisting the others.
The house remained cool at the settings we selected. The unit appears large enough to handle the house and our cooling needs without struggling so I believe it was sized right.
We could not be more pleased.
