"Great! Mike provided the initial quote. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Answered questions and advised. The installers were professional, efficient, friendly."

"Wonderful experience having Kettle Moraine H&AC service our central air conditioner. Matt arrived on time, explained service needed so we could easily understand what needed to be done, and was an absolute joy to have as our technician. Highly recommended and will be a long time customer of KM H&AC!"

"Took awhile to get installed but did a good job at a fair price"

"Very pleased with our new air conditioner installation. The salesman was very nice and explained everything to my satisfaction. The installers were efficient and knowledgeable as well. They showed up exactly on time and were finished earlier than I expected. Work areas were cleaned up, inside and out. Not even any metal shavings in the grass where the new ducting was cut. One of the nice gentlemen even explained the new thermostat they installed. I highly recommend Southport Home Services."

"Excellent experience! Furnace went out on a cold Saturday afternoon, new one was completely installed by mid-afternoon on Monday. Very responsive company, considerate technicians - even bought 2 space heaters to keep me warm while waiting for new furnace!"

"Swimmingly. I interviewed quite a number of HVAC companies for this job by sending out an RPF (Request for Proposal), and Bob Mamayek was unquestionably the most thorough in his on-site evaluation. Installation crew was fantastic. This is a small shop, and it was a true pleasure to have a team of regular guys just getting the job done. I recommend them without reservation. I almost gave them a B for responsiveness because Bob doesn't do a lot of email, but I realized while typing that this would be completely unfair, for two reasons. A) Bob might not respond to email with email, but he did always respond with a phone call. Frankly, that is better on many counts. B) This ignores the amazing response to my RPF, which was both timely and thorough. So, really, this says more about my email-centric life than Mamayek's responsiveness."

"The team arrived on time and were very friendly. Answered all the questions I had and shared a few tips. My boiler service was completed in less than an hour and the team left no mess behind. Will be using them for my A/C tuneup in the spring. Most importantly, cost was great."

"Marty listened to my needs, inspected the existing systems and provided a fair quote. I met the installation team as they took a close look at the project -- they knew their stuff. I wanted to hire Fast Air but my house is not a standard type of house and the brand of furnace I wanted didn't come in the right size for the house. Marty talked this through with me so I understood the situation. That helped me tremendously when I talked with other HVAC contractors. Fast Air is a professional outfit. They absolutely are at the top of my short list."

"Shane was able to schedule a prompt appointment. He arrived on time and performed a thorough diagnostic on the furnace. He identified an issue I was unaware of and corrected the problem with the air conditioner using parts that were still under warranty. I will gladly use his services again."
