"Besides clean uniforms and use of shoe covers, Silvio was very professional. The price quoted was higher, but the value of having the video camera examination after the work was done was information well worth having. After checking and testing to determine which part of the drain/sewer line was blocked Silvio had to remove the toilet to unblock that branch of the drain. This was an extra cost, but required. The equipment used provided an exact location of where the cast iron pipe was allowing roots to intrude and where repairs would be needed. While just snaking the drain would have been cheaper, having the video to show the extent of the blockage was very useful. Everything was explained well, and I was given recommendations to forestall the repairs as well as an estimate of what the comprehensive repair would cost. This information makes it possible for me to make a good evaluation of expected repair costs in the future."

I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault.
