"Since I do not know what the going rate is for a lateral line repair we got two quotes. Mr. Rooter gave us a cheaper quote than the other. After speaking with a number of people (friends/family) they tell us we paid too much. Later after work had been started I learned South St. Louis county has a lateral line repair program which would do the repair at no cost to the customer. This program was never mentioned during the time when given quotes by either company. Because the work had already been started and paid for, we could not get re-imbursed through the south county lateral line program from msd. So before you have your lateral line repaired check with the South St. Louis lateral line repair program to see if you can get the repair completed for free."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
